What is BoxSmart?
BoxSmart is the independent membership organisation for people working with ticketing and box office.
Run by its members for its members, BoxSmart exists to provide news and information about the latest developments in ticketing, marketing, database management, e-commerce and fundraising. It also lobbies and liaises, facilitates networking and learning, runs its own events and meetings and a great deal more!
How this website works
Some parts of the site are accessible to everyone, including details of the organisation, its history and aims, contacts and how you could join.
By joining BoxSmart you can have access to the extensive members' only part of the site. This contains a members' forum, full access to the archive of Open Box (the regular BoxSmart email bulletin) and information about events, faqs and links to relevant organisations and networks.
